Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 22, 2026

At Clearpods.in, a venture by Rajeswari Venkitakrishnan,  all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be considered only if:
- The item received is physically damaged upon delivery, or
- The item is defective and does not function as described.

To raise a damaged/defective item claim, you must:
1. Contact us at support@clearpods.in within 72 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the damage.

Claims raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Clearpods.in reserves the right to assess each claim and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

This policy applies to all orders placed on clearpods.in.
